Refund Policy

This policy explains when you're eligible for a refund on Storm AI subscriptions and credit packs, purchased through Razorpay.

1. Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Because credits are consumed individually per generation, we can offer a refund for a credit pack only if none of the purchased credits have been used yet, and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.

2. Subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Pro)

• If you're charged for a subscription renewal by mistake (e.g., you cancelled but were still charged), we'll refund that charge in full.
• If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access to your plan's credits until the end of the period you already paid for — we don't pro-rate partial-month refunds, but you also won't be charged again going forward.
• If you contact us within 48 hours of a new subscription purchase and haven't used any credits from that billing period, we'll refund it in full.

3. What isn't refundable

• Credits already spent on a generation (whether you were happy with the result or not) — generation costs are incurred the moment a build runs, regardless of output quality.
• Subscription periods that have already mostly elapsed with credits used.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank or UPI provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.

5. How to request a refund

Email stormxstudios01@gmail.com with your account email and the payment/order ID from your Razorpay receipt. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us directly before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider — most billing issues can be resolved quickly this way.
