Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Storm AI, a product built and operated by Storm X Studios ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using Storm AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Storm AI does

Storm AI lets you describe an app, page, or tool in plain language and generates working code for it using AI models (provided by Anthropic). Generated code is shown to you in a live preview and can be downloaded.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Storm AI, created via email/password or Google sign-in. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

3. Credits and billing

• Storm AI runs on a credit system. Different AI models (Haiku, Sonnet, Opus) consume different amounts of credits per generation, shown before you build.
• Free accounts receive a limited number of credits. Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) renew monthly credits on a subscription basis. Credit packs can be purchased as one-time top-ups.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details — Razorpay handles this directly.
• Unused credits do not roll over between subscription periods unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Ownership of what you build

You own the code Storm AI generates for you and the ideas behind it. We don't claim ownership over your prompts or your generated apps. You're responsible for ensuring what you build with Storm AI complies with applicable law and doesn't infringe on others' rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Storm AI to generate code for illegal purposes, to create malware or harmful software, to scrape or abuse our systems, or to attempt to circumvent credit limits or billing.

6. Service availability

Storm AI depends on third-party infrastructure (including Anthropic's API and Supabase) which may experience downtime outside our control. We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

Storm AI is provided "as is." Generated code may contain bugs or errors — you're responsible for reviewing and testing anything you build before relying on it or deploying it for others to use. We are not liable for losses arising from code generated by the service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Storm AI evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
